About

Offline Pocket started as a shared notes file between three friends who kept losing signal on their commutes. We got tired of downloading a game only to hit a login wall or a spinning loader the moment the metro went underground. So we began keeping a proper list of titles that just work, plane mode or not.

Every game here gets installed on a real phone and played for at least a few evenings. We don't rush a verdict after ten minutes. If a game promises offline play but sneaks in mandatory ads that need a connection, we say so plainly.

We pick games across genres on purpose. Some readers want a slow farming sim, others want a tactical RPG or a quick arcade fix. Our only hard rule is that the core loop has to be playable with the internet switched off.

Nobody pays us to feature a game. When something disappoints, we still write about it, because a warning is as useful as a recommendation.
